Super Junior Ended Their First Solo Concert in France with Great Success as the First Korean Group Artist!
The king of global Korean-wave, Super Junior, ended their first solo concert in France with great success as the first Korean group artist.
SUPER JUNIOR WORLD TOUR ‘SUPER SHOW 4’ in PARIS was held at the ‘Le Zenith de Paris’ in France on April 6th at 8:00 p.m. and many fans from European countries including France, the UK, Germany, Poland, Hungary, etc. had gathered at the venue to watch the concert.
At the concert, Super Junior performed their hits including, ‘SORRY, SORRY,’ ‘BONAMANA,’ ‘Mr. Simple,’ etc., songs from the 5th album and each member’s unit stages for about 7,000 audiences.
Also, Super Junior communicated with fans more closely with their wit and ment in French they had practiced and The Grace DANA&SUNDAY, the special guest, presented the performance of ‘One More Chance.’
All throughout the concert, the audience enjoyed the performances by dancing, singing in Korean and mastering all of the Korean chants. Also, the audience gave a special event in which they all held up cards saying ‘We love you Super Junior’ and sang ‘Happy Birthday’ to Eunhyuk and Siwon.
Claremont(19-year old), who watched the show, said, "The concert was entirely different. I can′t forget how moved I was by it,” while another fan named Charlotte(24-year old) said in tears, “I can’t believe I’ve seen Super Junior in person. It was the greatest concert and I’m really thankful they came to France.”
In addition, a special program from MBC spotlighting Super Junior’s concert in Paris and members’ activities is scheduled to be aired at the end of April.
Meanwhile, Super Junior will hold their ‘SUPER SHOW4’ in Shanghai, China on April 14th and in Jakarta, Indonesia on April 28th and 29th.

지난 6일 오후 8시(파리 현지시간), 프랑스 파리에 위치한 ‘Le Zenith de Paris’에서 열린 SUPER JUNIOR WORLD TOUR ‘SUPER SHOW 4’ in PARIS는 프랑스를 비롯한 영국, 독일, 폴란드, 헝가리 등 유럽 각지에서 운집한 팬들로 성황을 이뤄, 슈퍼주니어의 글로벌한 인기를 실감케 했다.
이날 공연에서 슈퍼주니어는 ‘쏘리쏘리’, ‘미인아’, ‘Mr. Simple’ 등의 히트곡 무대, 5집 수록곡 무대, 멤버별 개인무대 등 다채로운 퍼포먼스와 공연장 전체를 무대로 관객과 호흡하는 ‘슈퍼쇼’만의 매력을 만끽할 수 있는 화려한 무대 연출로 7000명의 관객을 열광시켰다.
또한 멤버들 모두 열심히 준비한 프랑스어 멘트는 물론 슈퍼주니어 특유의 재치와 입담으로 현지 팬들과 더욱 가깝게 소통했으며, 스페셜 게스트로 이번 공연에 함께 한 천상지희 다나&선데이도 ‘나 좀 봐줘’ 무대를 선사해 뜨거운 환호를 받았다.
더불어 관객들은 공연 내내 자리에서 일어나 춤을 추며 한국어로 노래를 부르고 응원법까지 완벽히 구사하는 등 열정적으로 공연을 즐겼으며, ‘사랑해요 슈퍼주니어’라는 메시지가 적힌 카드를 일제히 펼쳐 보이는 깜짝 이벤트와 4월 생일을 맞은 은혁(4일)과 시원(7일)에게 생일 축하 노래를 선물하는 등 멤버들을 감동시키기도 했다.
이번 공연을 관람한 클레몽(19)은 “차원이 다른 콘서트였다. 공연의 감동이 잊혀지지 않는다.”고 소감을 밝혔으며, 샬롯(24)은 “슈퍼주니어를 직접 봤다는 게 믿기지 않는다. 최고의 공연이었고 프랑스에 와줘서 정말 고맙다”고 눈물을 흘리며 말했다.
게다가 이번 파리 공연 실황과 슈퍼주니어 멤버들의 활약상을 집중 조명한 MBC 스페셜도 오는 4월말 방송될 예정이어서, 파리 콘서트 현장의 감흥을 시청자들도 함께 느낄 수 있는 기회가 될 것으로 기대된다.
